WORKSHOP
Duration: 4–6 hours

A research-based workshop on the poetics of embodiment and performative practices

“Anatomy of the Presence” is a research-based workshop that invites participants to explore the body as a subtle and perceptive phenomenon. Rooted in Butoh, Eurythmy, somatic dance, and performance art, this practice seeks to awaken intuitive intelligence and activate the subtle body — unlocking the energetic and creative potential of the human being.

The title “Anatomy of the Presence” evokes the idea of a subtle and poetic analysis of what makes a body truly present. It is not just about physical anatomy, but an exploration of the invisible components of presence — breath, voice, gesture, energy — which give shape to a living and listening body.

In a world dominated by speed and performance, this work proposes a radical slowing down. Here, the body is not something to control or display, but a presence to listen to and inhabit in its simplest and most essential form.

Through this research-based practice and methodology, the body has the potential to become both instrument and pathway — a living space for inquiry, transformation, and poetic revelation.

This practice is inclusive and open to all, regardless of age, background, physical ability, or previous experience with movement or somatic work.
It embraces all bodies, stories, and levels of familiarity with embodied exploration.
By creating a respectful, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, each participant is encouraged to access their unique inner resources and creative potential.
